Reversing onto a main road in the rush hour!

9.30 AM and this considerate driver was about to reverse out onto the main A41 in Olton, Solihull. It never ceases to amaze me how people (mostly women drivers i must add) can never reverse onto their drives at night when they all get home at different times and its not as busy, but all reverse out onto a main road with heavy traffic at the same times in the morning rush hour.

Common sense in Solihull? Nahh.

Birmingham City Council Van...

A Birmingham City Council van (reg "BKo7CGY") that pull out when cars had moved aside for an Ambulance with blue lights and siren going full blast, nearly causing an accident,

"American Bullgogs Onboard"...

...says it all really. The driver was wearing a cap sleeved shirt and the temperature was a cold 2 degree celcius!

A441 SOUTH

Driving to Redditch the other day on the A441 and I was doing about 70mph in the 'slow' lane. Photographed by my passenger, this idiot must have been tonning it...

Got your own space but...

Because of his wife's apparent disabilty, this car's driver has a motability car and a disabled parking space outside his house, yet he has to park across the pavement blocking it from safe passage by wheelchairs, prams and pushchairs. The address is 34 Reddings Lane, Tyseley, but this car (Reg BT58CXW) has been seen parked in a similar manner outside Haig Place in Wheelers Lane, Billesley and in Fulham Road, Sparkbrook. The car has also been parked in disabled bays in Somerfields Supermarket, Kings Heath and on High Street Kings Heath, using the blue badge but without the disabled female.

Pavement Soiling Dog Owner

This Volvo owning geriatric allowed his two dogs (being walked by himself and a fat geriatric woman) to soil the pavement in Kings Heath. Neither of the humans retrieved the dog poo (surely contrary to local by-laws)

I've just agreed to 'ghost write' the David Wilson blog for my old school mate, Dave 'Snooks' Wilson. The URL is http://thedavidwilson.blogspot.com/ and although I have a free hand in what I report, I have been given strict boundaries including a must inclusion of Aston Villa at least once a week. As we, along with Phil Finney and Richard (1099) Phillips were the only Villa fans in our year at school, then that shouldn't be too hard.

I know that blogger took the full 20 days to un-lock a blog of a friend of mine. Now his block WAS highly political but there should be no difference.
Perhaps it was my genuine threat to move to wordpress?

Another 'NO PHOTO' (...well not a very good one anyhow...)

Thanks to the twat in the metallic green Vauxhall Astra or Corsa (it was driving so fast I couldn't tell) that overtook on the inside lane in Warwick Road, Tyseley/Acocks Green this morning, and who was driving so fast that he had to drive 100 metres along the pavement (American translation:sidewalk) to avoid hitting parked cars on the roadside. I'm not the only driver affected and surely somebody did manage to take this moron's number...

This sort of idiot kills other people and lives to do it again.

Question: Was he drunk or stupid or both?

FYI: The photo was taken by my passenger as the car started its wankaholic distraction. On the northbound A41 Warwick Road between Victoria Road and Shirley Road at approximately 0735 hours.

...and not enough time to take down a number (safety issues etc), but a big mention to the Asian Subaru Imprezza driver who nearly ran me and several other cars off the road on Thursday (7th Jan 2010) by driving too fast on frozen ice roads in Wheelers Lane Kings Heath, by Haunch Lane.
